The prestigious 59th Filmfare Awards were were presented on the evening of 7 July 2012 at the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu, Chennai.
All the celebrities from South Indian film industries attended the event. The awards were presented for the winners in four languages Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.
