The completely filled Application Form along with required attested enclosures and original University Copy of fee deposit Bank Challan must reach the Convener (Pre-PG Medical Entrance Examination-2014) Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, Sector-18, Kumbha Marg, Pratap Nagar, Jaipur - 302033 by Registered Post / Speed Post /by Hand up to 5.00 PM of 28th Dec 2013.

Last Date for filling online application, downloading printed Form and for depositing Application Fees in Bank during working hours: 21st Dec 2013
