ECET 2012 on May 24 - Results on June 2

The Engineering Common Entrance Test (ECET 2012) for diploma holders will be held on 24th May 2012. The Results of ECET 2012 will be declared on 2nd June 2012. The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTUK) Kakinada was entrusted to conduct ECET 2012. The JNTUK has announced that it will be releasing the ECET 2012 notification on 17th February 2012. All the details of the examination such as nature of the exam, question paper, online application procedure (if any), fee payment, syllabus and colleges will be released along with official ECET 2012 notification.

The syllabus for ECET 2012 will be that of 2005 and 2009 and the applications would be sold through select branches of the post offices and that of Andhra Bank. The sale of applications for ECET 2012 will commence on 18th February, the next day of release of notification. Candidates may also provided with the facility of downloading application froms from the JNTUK website www.jntuk.edu.in .

Filled in application forms should be sent to the Convener, ECET 2012, JNTUK, Kakinada by post. Those who wish to handover the application forms in person can submit them at JNTU Kakinada or JNTU Hyderabad. It is estimated that about 30000 students will appear for ECET 2012.
