Movie News: Telugu 59th Filmfare Awards Winners list

The prestigious 59th Filmfare Awards were were presented on the evening of 7 July 2012 at the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu, Chennai.


All the celebrities from South Indian film industries attended the event. The awards were presented for the winners in four languages Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.

Deepika Padukone is the special guest from Bollywood and presented best actor award to Mahesh Babu for Dookudu.

Here are list of winners (Telugu) for 59th Filmfare awards presented for the year 2011:

Best Actor – Mahesh Babu (Dookudu)
Best Actress – Nayantara (Sri Rama Rajyam)
Best Director – Srinu Vaitla (Dookudu)
Best Music Director – Thaman (Dookudu)
Best Film – Dookudu
Best Choreography – Prem Rakshit (Badrinath – Nath Nath)
Best Cinematographer – PRK Raju (Sri Rama Rajyam)
Best Visual Effects – Sri Rama Rajyam
Best Debut Actor (Male) – Aadi (Prema Kavali)
Best Debut Actor (Female) – Shruti Hassan (Anaganaga O Dheerudu)
Best Supporting Actor – MS Narayana (Dookudu)
Best Supporting Actress – Annie (Rajanna)
Best Lyricist: Jonnavitthula (Sri Rama Rajyam)
Best Playback Singer (Male) – Rahul Nambiar (Guruvaram March 1 – Dookudu)
Best Playback Singer (Female) – Shreya Ghoshal (Jagadananda – Sri Rama Rajyam)
