The Nandi Awards for the year 2011 was announced at a press conference
held today by the chairman of the jury committee, cinematographer S
Gopal Reddy. Mahesh Babu won the Best Actor (Male) for Dookudu,
Nayanthara won the Best Actor (Female) for Sri Rama Rajyam.
Dookudu and Sri Ram Rajyam stands in first position by wining 7 Nandi
awards. While Rajana stands in second position with 6 nandi awards.
Jai Bolo Telangana stands third position with 3 Nandi awards.
