54th Grammy Awards:Adele wins top honours

Adele is on a roll. The British singer was in tears after she made a clean sweep by winning all six Grammy awards for which she was nominated, including top honours like album of the year, record of the year and song of the year, at the 54th edition of the prestigious ceremony here.

The 23-year-old's song "Rolling in the deep" and album "21″ helped her win big at the Grammy awards this year, telecast worldwide Sunday.

The track "Rolling in the deep" won her trophies for the record of the year, song of the year and short form music video. The album "21″ brought her honours in categories, including album of the year and best pop vocal album; she also won the best pop solo performance for her song "Someone Like You" from the same album.
